Refund policy

We follow all guidelines of Fassai as per the norms. Our teas are Non refundable, Non returnable and Non exchangeable as it is a food product.
Tea Accessories which are sold are exchangeable if any damage is caused in transit or there is any manufacturing defect or even item is wrongly delivered. Exchange will be done only if you report the problem to Company on SMS or EMAIL stated on the website in 4 workinng days of Item delivered. Your grievance will be resolved in 10 working days.
